The 'New Manager Course' and 'Leadership with Louise' are brands owned and operated by Riot & Rebel, a partnership entity registered in the UK. 'Riot & Rebel' is the trading name of the partnership between Louise Howells and Alex Dixon.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Riot & Rebel (“Supplier”), the trading entity. They govern your purchase and use of the ‘New Manager Course’ ("Course") accessed via Payhip. By using our Website and purchasing the Course, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Purchase and Access:

• Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the Course through your Payhip account. This access is strictly non-transferable and for your personal use only. Sharing account details or Course materials with third parties is prohibited.

2. Payment:

• Course fees are listed on the Website. All payments for the Course are processed through Payhip, the platform that also hosts the Course. When you make a payment, you will be directed to Payhip's secure payment processing system. The Supplier reserves the right to modify course fees, but will honour the pricing at the time of your purchase.

3. Refund Policy:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property:

• The Course materials (videos, text, images, downloads, etc.) are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Prohibited Conduct:

• Do not use Course materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Course materials.
• Do not share your account credentials or Course materials.
• Avoid activities that violate laws, regulations, or these Terms.

6. Termination:

• The Supplier may suspend or terminate your access due to breach of these Terms or unauthorised use of materials.

7. Disclaimer:

• Course materials are provided "as is" without warranties or representations. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• The Supplier is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the Course materials or Website, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes related to these Terms fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms:

• The Supplier may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Additional Provision: Course Hosting on Payhip

• The Course is hosted and accessed exclusively through Payhip. You must comply with Payhip's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

Consent

• By purchasing and accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

11. Right to Terminate Service:

• The Supplier reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the Course and its associated services at any time without notice. This may include, but is not limited to, suspending or discontinuing any aspect of the Course, restricting access to the Website, and terminating user accounts. In the event of termination, Riot & Rebel is not obligated to provide access, support, or refunds for the Course.

12. Limitation of Liability for Hosting Platform:

• The Supplier utilises Payhip as the hosting platform for the New Manager Course. While we strive to ensure continuous availability, we are not responsible for any downtime or inaccessibility caused by Payhip or issues beyond our control. In the event of any service interruption on Payhip, Riot & Rebel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience experienced by users. We commit to making reasonable efforts to resolve any such issues promptly, but our liability remains limited as per the "Limitation of Liability" clause of these Terms.
